Average shipping time is 10-25 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 4-7 days after your order has been SHIPPED.
I don't love my order, can I return it?
Only If the product is DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED please contact us at Greatsmason@gmail.com and we will assist you. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product as well as a photo of the package label.
We will only accept returns within 30 days of receiving you product. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way to you, you must wait for it to arrive, and return it before receiving a refund. NO refunds will be given if the customer ordered "unframed" but thought the product was "framed". All returned items must be in the original packaging.
